Do you have to pay for parking?

THRIVE has ample FREE parking for both you & your guests located very near the entrance of our building. Some stalls come with plug-ins for winter parking.

Is a lease required for the private suites?

A 12-month term is typical for our private suites.

What additional charges are there?

Fees are all inclusive. There are no extra charges for kitchen, printing, move in / move out fees. Two items which are not included in the lease of an office are the use of one of our phones which includes long distance and building signage.

What's included with the private suites?

High speed internet, wifi, parking, mail/courier sorting, reception of guests, 12 hours boardroom use/month, tea & coffee

What days & hours would I have access to my private office?

You would have 24/7 access to a completely secure building.

What services do you provide?

We offer full time private office rentals, virtual offices, pay per use boardroom rental, counsellor room and pay per use office rentals.

Who do you typically rent office space too?

Some of our current tenancy includes: Century 21 Real Estate, Oceanfood Sales, The Providence Group, Sartori Custom Homes, Maxima Divestitures, Limberocity Massage, Sunlife Financial, Trusted Divorce Services, as well as mediators, counsellors and health care providers
